How to make a mother's day charm bracelet

Hi everyone! It's May which is such a warm month with Mother's day on the 8th(tomorrow!).

If you're reading this post, it's probably because you're looking for the perfect and small gift for your mother for Mother's day! That's why I have prepared this gift amazing idea for you. A braided charm bracelet!

Then let's get straight into it.

Step 1: Prepare

What you will need: Small piece of paper(any color) and plastic, black pen, red & pink marker/pen, pink, red, & white strings, and a scissor.

Step 2: Make the charm

a) First, find a small circular base object and draw the shape on the piece of paper, then cut it out. Design the small piece however you like. you could write your mother's name and decorate around it, or you can just write mom.

b) With the plastic bit, do the same as the paper. With a circular object, draw the round shape on the plastic and cut it out(it should be the same object as the one you used when making the paper circle). But this time, make 2 of those.

c) Then glue the plastic circles on to the paper circle, one on each different side. After, with a hole puncher, make a hole at the upper part of your charm.

Step 3: Make the bracelet

a) Line the 3 strings together accurately, and cut them as the same length. You can measure your mother's wrist before doing this. With a tape, stick the strings just at the little end part to prevent movement when braiding.

Leave at least 4 cm before starting to braid the strings and also before the finish.

b) Then tie the end parts together twice to make a knot after knot(just to prevent the first knot from releasing!).

Step 4: Add the charm to the bracelet.

Put a thin string through the charm's hole and tie it around anywhere on the bracelet.

Then you're finished! This lovely charm bracelet will feel special to your mother.

She will absolutely love it!

I hope you enjoyed crafting today. I hope you have a wonderful Mother's day!

Please stay tuned until I upload the next post in June!
